Itinerary Details
Day 1
MendozaArrival and reception at the airport; transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon we will visit wineries. This circuit is developed at the Lujan de Cuyo and Maipu area where we will visit two wineries, with traditional methods and also the ones that use the latest available technology. During the visit, the professional guide of the winery, show the vinification methods and processes of bottling and labelling of wines. At the end, a wine tasting.
Some of the wineries in the area are: Vistandes, López, Viniterra, Cavas Don Arturo, Carmine Granata, Cavas de Weinert. We also visit the olive establishment where we will observe the process of making olive oil and then we will offer a tasting. Return to the hotel.
Day 2
MendozaDay at leisure. If you are a lover to appreciate the landscapes, we suggest taking the High Mountain
tour where you can admire the Cerro Aconcagua, the highest peak in America. For those who wish to learn more about wine and be part of the process, we recommend not to miss some of our suggested tours below.

Learning to prune This is another opportunity to experience one of the most traditional tasks in the vineyards: pruning. One of our expert guides will teach you how to prune, so you can understand how this vital activity influences the quality of wines. To finish the day you will enjoy a Regional Lunch. Will be provided scissors and protective vest.

Working my land
Visitors may experience the vineyard management in detail, in every stage of production. Starting with
the winter pruning, the disbudding in spring, the summer shedding and cluster thinning, and finally
the longed-for harvest. We begin with drink mate in the vineyard and after the instructions, we will make the activity to finish with lunch.

Learning to harvest
Experience one of the most important stages in the wine making process: the harvest. Arrival at the winery and after receiving the necessary tools; vest, scissors and tray with the help of an expert
guide, you will be able to harvest and learn about this traditional and vital activity. The day ends with a regional lunch.

Let’s Harvest Olive Oil
Experience the complete process of olive oil production. Guided by one of the winery expert. This activity includes olives’ harvest, oil extraction, bottling, olive oil tasting and a bottle of your own olive oil. It finishes with lunch at Pany Olivia.
