Itinerary Details

Day 1

Arrival Delhi

Assistance on arrival at the airport. Our representative will welcome and escort you at the airport with private car and driver. After meet and greet transfer to the hotel. On arrival check-In at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2

Delhi

Having a peak into the history of Delhi would give you an insight to the rich heritage of Indian Culture and tradition. It also lets you know the lives and work style of various rulers who ruled Delhi in yester years. As the history books suggest, Delhi has been built and re-built more than 5 times at different sites in and around Delhi but the correct reference is found in the Mahabharata as the city of Pandavas, also called Indraprastha, some 3000 years ago. The city has a historic importance of its own with every crumbling walls of the city has a story to tell.

After breakfast tour briefing by the tour designer followed by sightseeing tour of historic city. Visits of Old Delhi include Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat followed by rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk.

Afternoon city tour of New Delhi includes Humayun’s tomb, Qutub Minar, Chatarpur temples (subject to time availability) followed by India Gate and drive past the government building viz. (Government buildings visit from outside only) Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament house lining Jan Path. After visit return to hotel. Overnight at hotel

Day 3

Drive Delhi - Agra

After Breakfast drive to Agra enroute visiting Sikandra - the mausoleum of great Mughal King Akbar (1556-1605). Post visit drive to Agra.

AGRA:- Famous as being home to one the seven wonders of the world - The Taj Mahal. The pleasant town with comparatively slow pace, craftsmen who are descendant of those who worked under the Mughal know Agra for its superb inlay work on marble an Soapstone. The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes. Agra is a old city and it is said that its name was derived from Agrabanad, a forest that finds mention in the epic Mahabharata.

On arrival at hotel our representative will help you in for check-in. Afternoon visit Agra Fort located on the right bank of the river Yamuna in the city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the most important and robustly built strong hold of the Mughal, embellished with number of richly decorated buildings encompassing the imposing Mughal style of art and architecture. It was constructed by the third Mughal emperor Akbar on the remains of an ancient site known as Badal Garh.

Evening witness the show "Mohabbat-e-Taj" – a show based on the eternal love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal.Overnight at hotel

Day 4

Drive Agra Fatehpursikri- Ranthambore

Early Morning, Visit to witness the incomparable Taj Mahal with its speculative view at the time of sunrise. Taj Mahal, the architectural modern day wonder of the world: this monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles is one of the wonders of the modern world. Taj, endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world. After the visit return to hotel for Breakfast than checkout and  drive to Ranthambore enroute visiting Fatehpursikri.

Located 40 Km from Agra, the deserted city of Fatehpursikri was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, in honor of the great Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti who blessed Akbar and prophesized the birth of three sons to the heirless Emperor. Akbar used Fatehpursikri as his capital and the city was fully occupied for 14 years but slowly became deserted and ruined after Akbar left the city. Scarcity of water was the prime factor for the abandonment of this beautiful city. Visit the remarkably well-preserved, graceful buildings within the 'Ghost City' including the Jama Masjid, tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal Palace and other palaces that speak of the grandeur and splendor of the Mughal empire at the height of its power. Post visit drive to Ranthambore. On arrival check in to hotel.

RANTHAMBORE:- Ranthambore was the erstwhile hunting grounds of the Maharaja of Jaipur until 1955 when it was declared as a game sanctuary. With the emergence of Project Tiger, it was declared a national park and listed among its protected reserves in 1980. With time, it emerged as the wildlife photographers' delight as it offers them a chance to photograph the tiger in its natural environment. A Jeep Safari in the national park, a cultural and traditional experience with the Meena tribes, and for the more adventurous, a night-out in the hideouts of the park makes Ranthambore a good choice to visit. The Best Time to Visit Ranthambore National park will be from 1st October to 30th June.Rest of the Time Park is closed for the Visitors. On arrival,  Check – in.Overnight at hotel.

Day 5

In Ranthambore

Morning take a Jungle safari with an expert naturalist to explore The Ranthambore Wild Life Sanctuary, One of the best places in India to see a tiger in its natural habitat. In the dry season tigers can be seen near the watering holes a clearly visible in the dry forest. Return to the hotel for a Lunch.  Afternoon take a Jungle safari with an expert naturalist to explore .Overnight at Hotel

Day 6

Ranthambore - Jaipur

After Breakfast Morning drive to Jaipur. On arrival at hotel our representative will help you while check in at hotel. Evening visit to Birla Mandir to witness `aarti ceremony’.Overnight at hotel.

JAIPUR:Widely known as the pink city. The city is color washed pink to welcome prince Albert, the consort of Queen Victoria of England who visited India in 1883 A.D. The city was founded in 1727 A.D. by one of the greatest ruler Jai Singh II - Jaipur is surrounded by hills on three sides, crowned by formidable forts and majestic palaces, mansions and gardens. Jaipur is the only city in the world which is sub- divided into nine rectangular sectors symbolizing nine divisions of universe. Jaipur is the first city designed in accordance with "Shilpa Shastra" - epochal treatise of Hindu architecture

Day 7

In jaipur

After Breakfast Morning visit of Amber Fort with Elephant ride. Amber is a classic, romantic Rajasthan Fort Palace. The rugged, time-ravaged walls of the Fort may not look beautiful from the outside, but the interior is a virtual paradise. Miniatures painted on the walls depict hunting and war scenes, apart from festivals. Precious stones and mirrors are embedded into the plaster. Inside the Fort visit the Jag Mandir or the Hall of Victory. Inside the Jag Mandir is the famed Sheesh Mahal - a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittering mirror pieces, which were specially imported from Belgium during that period. Enroute to Amber Fort, you will have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds.

Afternoon city tour begins with a visit to the Maharaja's City Palace, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. A small portion is still used by the Royal family of Jaipur. Built in the style of a fortified campus, the palace covers almost one-seventh in area of the city. One of the major attractions in the museum is the portion known as Armoury Museum housing an impressive array of weaponry-pistols, blunderbusses, flintlocks, swords, rifles and daggers. The royal families of Jaipur once used most of these weapons. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world. Situated near the gate of the city palace, the observatory has 17 large instruments, many of them still in working condition. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8

Drive Jaipur Delhi Departure

Morning at leisure. In time drive to Delhi. On arrival, free time for individual activities. Late in the evening in time transfer to the international airport to connect flight for onwards journey.
